About the role
Our HR Internship is for students and fresh graduates who want hands-on experience in human resources at a fast-growing technology company.
You'll support recruitment for developer and consultant roles, help onboard new team members, keep HR records up to date in Odoo and help organize team activities.
Responsibilities
- Post job openings and screen CVs with the HR lead
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
- Support onboarding and documentation for new joiners
- Maintain employee records and attendance in Odoo HR
- Help plan engagement activities and internal communication
Requirements
- Student or recent graduate in HRM, Business Administration or a related field
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Good English and MS Office / Google Workspace skills
- Discretion with confidential information
Nice to have
- Previous internship or society/volunteer experience
- Interest in technology companies and recruitment
