Python Developer Job — Software Engineer (Odoo & Django)

About the role
We're looking for a Software Engineer (Python Developer) with 1–2 years of experience to build scalable applications and Odoo ERP modules for our clients.
You'll work alongside senior Odoo developers and consultants, learn the Odoo framework in depth and contribute to real projects from day one. The role is based in Multan, with remote work possible within Pakistan.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain applications using Python and related frameworks (Odoo, Django)
- Contribute to development and customization of Odoo ERP modules
- Integrate APIs and third-party systems
- Write clean, maintainable, tested code following best practices
- Debug, test and deploy applications for performance and reliability
- Collaborate with front-end developers, designers and project managers in an agile setup
Requirements
- 1–2 years of professional Python development experience
- Strong understanding of OOP and MVC architecture
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL, REST APIs and Git
- Basic JavaScript, HTML and XML
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with Odoo or another open-source ERP
- Linux/Ubuntu and Docker
- Understanding of sales, inventory, HR or accounting processes
