About the role
We're hiring two Odoo Developers to join our development team in Multan. You'll build and customize Odoo modules for clients in Germany, the UAE, the USA and Europe — from sales and inventory to accounting and manufacturing — working closely with our functional consultants.

Responsibilities
- Develop, customize and configure Odoo modules (Sales, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, HR, Manufacturing and more)
- Build integrations between Odoo and third-party applications using REST/JSON-RPC APIs
- Migrate custom modules between Odoo versions (e.g. Odoo 16/17 to Odoo 18/19)
- Work with functional consultants to turn client requirements into technical solutions
- Troubleshoot, debug and optimize existing Odoo systems
- Write clean, documented, upgrade-safe code and take part in code reviews
- Support testing, deployment and post-go-live fixes
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on Odoo development (Odoo 14–19)
- Strong Python, plus JavaScript (OWL), XML/QWeb and PostgreSQL
- Solid understanding of the Odoo ORM, MVC architecture and module structure
- Experience integrating Odoo with external systems via APIs
- Git-based workflow and good communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field
Nice to have
- Odoo.sh, Docker and Linux server experience
- Knowledge of accounting, inventory or manufacturing processes
- Odoo certification
