Odoo Implementation Consultant Job in Multan

About the role

We're hiring an Odoo Implementation Consultant to lead Odoo ERP projects end to end. You'll run discovery workshops, design the solution, configure Odoo, manage data migration, train users and take projects through go-live.

It's a client-facing role for someone who understands business processes as well as the software, and who can keep projects on scope, on time and standard-first.

Responsibilities

• Run requirement workshops and document business processes
• Perform fit-gap analysis and design the Odoo solution (standard first, customization only where justified)
• Configure Odoo apps: Sales, CRM, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing, Project and more
• Plan and execute data migration with the technical team
• Write functional specifications for developers and test delivered features
• Run UAT, end-user and admin training and go-live support
• Manage project scope, timeline and client communication

Requirements

• 3+ years implementing Odoo (or another ERP) end to end
• Strong knowledge of at least three core Odoo apps and how they connect
• Excellent written and spoken English; confident in client workshops
• Structured approach to documentation, testing and project delivery
• Degree in Business, Accounting, IT or a related field

Nice to have

• Odoo Functional certification
• Experience with European (e.g. German) or GCC clients
• Project management training (PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum)
