SEO Manager Job in Multan

About the role
We're hiring an SEO Manager to own organic growth for mediodconsulting.com and our international markets.
You'll set the SEO strategy, manage technical SEO and content, build authority, improve visibility in AI search and report on leads — working closely with our Odoo consultants to turn real expertise into content that ranks.
Responsibilities
- Own the SEO strategy, roadmap and KPIs (traffic, rankings, leads)
- Run technical SEO: crawling, indexing, Core Web Vitals, structured data
- Plan keyword clusters and brief writers and consultants on content
- Optimize service and industry pages for search intent and conversions
- Build high-quality links and brand mentions; manage local SEO
- Report monthly from Google Search Console and GA4
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on SEO, ideally B2B or SaaS
- Strong technical SEO knowledge (WordPress, schema, site speed)
- Proven results growing organic traffic and leads
- Experience with Search Console, GA4 and an SEO suite (Ahrefs, Semrush or similar)
- Excellent written English
Nice to have
- Experience with ERP, software or IT-services clients
- Multilingual/international SEO (e.g. German market)
- Experience optimizing for AI Overviews and LLM search
