Odoo Functional Consultant Job — USA Office

About the role
We're hiring an Odoo Functional Consultant for our USA office to work with clients across North America.
You'll analyse processes, configure Odoo apps, prepare training material, support users in US time zones and work with our development team in Pakistan when customization is needed.
Responsibilities
- Run requirement sessions with US clients and document their processes
- Configure Odoo apps and workflows to fit those processes
- Prepare data templates and support data migration
- Write functional specifications for our development team
- Test configurations and developed features; support UAT
- Deliver user training and post-go-live support in US time zones
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on Odoo functional experience
- Good knowledge of Sales, Purchase, Inventory, CRM and Accounting in Odoo
- Excellent spoken and written English; client-facing confidence
- Strong analytical and documentation skills
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Degree in Business, IT or a related field
Nice to have
- Odoo certification
- Experience with US sales tax, QuickBooks or NetSuite migrations
- Experience coordinating with offshore development teams
