About the role
We're hiring an AI-First Odoo Consultant — a business problem solver who designs Odoo solutions with automation and AI built in from the start.
You'll identify where AI and automation save real time for clients — document extraction, drafting, classification, assistants and workflow automation — and deliver them inside Odoo together with our developers.
Responsibilities
- Analyse client processes and find high-value automation and AI opportunities
- Design Odoo solutions combining standard apps, automated actions and AI features
- Prototype AI use cases (LLMs, document AI, RAG assistants) with the development team
- Define prompts, evaluation criteria and guardrails for AI features
- Measure time saved and business impact after go-live
- Create internal playbooks and share AI best practices with the team
Requirements
- 2+ years of Odoo functional or technical experience
- Hands-on use of LLM tools (ChatGPT, Claude or similar) for real work
- Strong process-analysis and problem-solving skills
- Ability to explain AI benefits and limits clearly to clients
- Excellent English
Nice to have
- Python scripting or API experience
- Experience with automation tools (Odoo automated actions, n8n, Zapier)
- Knowledge of data privacy considerations for AI
