Job Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team in generating leads and prospecting potential clients.
• Support in preparing technical presentations, product demos, and proposals.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer needs.
• Help maintain and update the CRM system with client interactions.
• Collaborate with the technical team to understand product specifications and translate them into client solutions.
• Participate in client meetings and follow-up communications.
• Prepare reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of technical products or services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Eagerness to learn about sales processes and technical solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Previous internship or project experience in sales or technical support.
• Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms to clients.
