We are currently looking for a passionate and skilled Odoo Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team and help implement, optimize, and support Odoo solutions for our clients across various industries

Job Responsibilities
  • Gather and analyze business requirements from clients across various industries.
  • Map business processes to Odoo functionalities and suggest best-fit solutions.
  • Configure Odoo modules according to client requirements (Sales, CRM, Inventory, Accounting, HR, etc.).
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users.
  • Prepare functional documentation, process flows, and user manuals.
  • Collaborate with Odoo developers to customize modules and implement enhancements.
  • Provide post-implementation support and resolve functional issues.
  • Assist in data migration from legacy systems to Odoo.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet client expectations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant or similar ERP consulting role.
  • Strong understanding of business processes in Sales, CRM, Inventory, Accounting, HR, and Manufacturing.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction.
  • Experience in documenting business processes and functional specifications.
  • Familiarity with Odoo Community and Enterprise editions.

Preferred Skills

  • Odoo certification (Functional or Implementation).
  • Experience with Odoo Studio and module customization.
  • Knowledge of basic technical concepts (Python, XML, PostgreSQL) for better coordination with developers.
  • Experience with multiple Odoo modules and cross-module integrations.
  • Project management or consulting experience.
  • Multilingual skills (if dealing with international clients).
