We are currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our growing team and support our HR department in delivering smooth and effective human resource operations. This role is perfect for someone passionate about HR, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to real organizational impact.


Job Responsibilities

  • Assist the HR team with day-to-day administrative tasks and operations.
  • Support recruitment processes including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately.
  • Help organize employee engagement and training programs.
  • Assist in onboarding new employees, including preparing documentation and orientation sessions.
  • Support performance management processes such as appraisals and feedback collection.
  • Help in drafting HR communications, policies, and reports.
  • Participate in HR projects and provide research and analysis as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Basic understanding of HR functions, labor laws, and recruitment processes.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Preferred Skills

  • Prior internship experience in HR or administrative roles.
  • Knowledge of HR software or ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
